Mission & History
The mission of Hand to Hand Mission to Haiti Inc, is to provide long-term aid and support to the people in need in Haiti through personal hand to hand efforts.
Hand-to Hand Mission began in 2010 as a Christian mission in Haiti to bring aid after the earthquake, primarily in the South-Eastern section of Haiti particularly in Jacmel where we are working with school children and families in very remote villages. Each year we supply children in over 7 schools and 5 additional communities with personal school supplies and teacher kits. We collect money to purchase rice, beans, and oil to feed needy families. We bring shoes to the schools where families have difficulty affording the expenses of uniforms. We support an orphanage of 40 children and work to build a culture of success for their future.
We are designing a study center in the remote village area to enhance education for the children. We bring personal solar lanterns for the children to use to study with and the families benefit by having a safe lantern in their home where there is no electricity. We are looking for volunteers to support our endeavor to save and improve the lives of these children and you can help.

We generally plan one main mission trip per year. Throughout the year we offer mini-mission trips. The goal of our mission visits is to build hope. They also provide the opportunity to keep in contact with the orphanage and key members in the remote villages.
Also throughout the year, our volunteers work to raise funds to collect donations, sort supplies and ship them to be distributed to Haiti.
